Evolve Media values the privacy of our clients, prospective clients, and nosy competitors. Evolve Media collects standard server log files, which include domain names (e.g. aol.com) of visitors as well as the pages that the visitors to our web site access. Our proprietary log analysis software aggregates the sources of traffic (e.g. search engines, links from news sources) to www.evolvemedia.com and several of the sections within. We also collect the email addresses and any additional information volunteered by those who communicate with us via email.

We review Log File data from time to time to find out what sites send us the most traffic, which pages of the site are the most popular, which browsers are most popular, what time of day is the busiest, et cetera, in an effort to make the site better for everyone. Evolve Media keeps this information confidential, and doesn't give it or sell it to any other companies or people. Evolve Media will not disclose this information unless the law requires us to, or to protect the rights or property of Evolve Media, except that Evolve Media may disclose aggregated user statistics (for example, 88% of the browsers accessing our site are MS Internet Explorer 6.0) that we gather from surveys and such, to prospective partners, advertisers, and other third parties, and for other lawful purposes.

And, since the internet is a big, wide open space, Evolve Media cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to us.
