Background:
Redefining an interconnect. Adlink sells cable advertising in Los Angeles across 44 different networks. When considering that Southern California covers more than 22,000 square miles and includes demographics that span all walks of life, communicating to consumers as a whole can be costly and inefficient.
Adlink saw the opportunity to strengthen their customer relationships and improve customer service with a more dynamic website. Evolve Media was engaged, along with Vigon Ellis, to redefine and reposition Adlink's online presence to represent Adlink as being on the bleeding edge and a technological leader for their industry and target demographic.
Our challenge was to develop new information architecture and a graphical user interface that would appeal to several different groups of customers. While collaborating on designing the new solution, we also had to make sure that the essence of the Adlink brand experience was maintained for channel consistency.
Solution:
Collaboration at its finest. Evolve Media along with Vigon Ellis redefined and enhanced the business strategy and brand identity approach for the Adlink website. On the basis of this foundation, Evolve developed the information architecture and built a user-centric interface providing top-quality site usability. To ensure that the site delivered an intuitive and engaging experience, the Evolve project team employed user studies and usability evaluations.
Evolve Media also developed custom content management tools that allowed the Adlink team to maintain their web presence with new and engaging information. Evolve was keen to develop these tools to allow for a quick learning curve and ease of use.
Results:
On target design and project management. Evolve Media successfully delivered a unique and interactively engaging web site that was well received by the Adlink team, clients and investors. The project was so successful that Adlink further engaged Evolve Media to develop a mailer CD ROM and promotional marketing material announcing the launch of the new site along with an aggressive flash enabled email campaign.
